The Monsignor John Lodge McHugh Endowment Fund was established in 1992 as part of a capital fund drive. The Fund is set up to receive designated gifts, bequests, or donations of any kind for the long-term support of St. Amelia Parish. The endowment fund includes a general fund, a gathering space fund, and scholarship funds.

Scholarship Funds provide tuition assistance for students to attend St.

- Rita J. Smith Scholarship Fund established in memory of Rita J. Smith
- McGillicuddy Scholarship Fund established by Charles and Alma McGillicuddy
